Participants will be seated comfortably in chairs beneath the pyramid, creating a grounded, stable posture ideal for receiving Reiki and vibrational sound work. As you settle into the space, you’ll be guided through a relaxing meditation to open your energy channels and prepare your system for healing.

Crystal singing bowls and tuning forks will bathe the room in harmonizing frequencies while LaGina offers personalized Reiki to each participant, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep energetic alignment.

This seated experience allows the sound, vibration, and Reiki to move through the chakras and subtle bodies with clarity and ease—bringing you back into harmony with your natural state of balance.
