Following our intention-setting ritual, we immerse ourselves in a transformative 60-minute sound bath, enveloped in the harmonious resonance of sacred gongs, crystal singing bowls, wood flutes, and other celestial instruments. As the healing vibrations wash over you, you’ll be guided to release stagnant energy, align with your higher self, and awaken to new possibilities.

For those seeking to anchor their intentions in the physical realm, paper and pens will be provided. You will take a moment to jot down your intentions, infusing them with the power of your written words. During the sound bath, we’ll activate these intentions, amplifying their potency and inviting the universe to conspire in their manifestation.

Our sound bath is designed to provide a sanctuary for releasing and healing. It is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a state of deep relaxation, allowing the stresses and anxieties of daily life to melt away. Meet your Facilitator: Kema Grace (featured in the image). They grew up with a well-nurtured imagination. Having been homeschooled at a young age in New Mexico, they were encouraged to keep their daydreaming alive. However, they ended up deciding to enter public school. This was the beginning of an initiation into life as a healer and coach, though it would take them years to understand the significance. Faced with the challenges of being ‘different’ in a new cultural experience, they went through an indescribable darkness. Tortured by themselves and those around them, they were eventually faced with a choice to continue living or self-deliver. Though they had taken steps to choose the latter, ultimately they understood that they were meant to live and made the choice to do so.
